誤踩油門輾斃洗車工　緩起訴處分

客運輾斃洗車工！去年10月28日下午2時許，44歲黃姓客運司機，將車開回暖暖源遠路的總站時，有發現前方正在洗車的57歲鄧姓男子，緩緩前進時突然感覺撞到東西，趕緊踩剎車時卻誤踩油門，沒想到下車查看時鄧男已倒臥血泊中。日前全案偵查終結，死者家屬與肇事黃姓司機達成和解，家屬不願再追究，基隆地檢署予以緩起訴處分。（陳偉周／基隆報導）
