惡作劇電話誤認出軌　媳婦被公公刺到瞎眼

英國一名信奉錫克教的老翁懷疑媳婦出軌，竟然在孫子面前拿刀刺向媳婦的雙眼，導致媳婦接近全盲，老翁被判入獄10年8個月。

據英國《每日郵報》報導，事發在去年12月18日，51歲莫進德(Manjit Singh Mirgind)以為媳婦與其他男子有染，認為她有辱家門，將她拉入廚房，暴踢她又用刀插向其雙眼，其3歲和6歲孫兒目睹整個過程，請求他停止，但他沒有理會。事後證實只是一場誤會，媳婦只是收到惡作劇電話，並無出軌。

莫進德事後向警方自首，但媳婦雙眼受重創，只剩部份視力，臉上留有疤痕，並因此失去自信，患有口吃，其後也跟丈夫離婚。最無辜是這一對孫兒事後經常做噩夢，無法入睡。莫進德被控殺人未遂，案件昨日開審，法官接納求情，改判意圖嚴重傷人，莫進德認罪並表示悔意，被判入獄10年8個月。（施旖婕／綜合外電報導）
