老師性侵少女僅判30天　法官判重新量刑

美國蒙大拿州一名高中教師，在2008年性侵一名14歲女學生，僅被判監30天，引起公眾嘩然，最高法院周三推翻判刑，另定日期再量刑。

據英國《每日郵報》報導，蘭博德(Stacey Dean Rambold)在2008年性侵莫拉萊斯(Cherice Moralez)罪成，去年被輕判監禁30日。地方法官巴赫(G. Todd Baugh)當時解釋，蘭博德形容受害人似乎比她實際年紀成熟，明白當時情況，並應負部份責任，最終蘭博德只須服刑30日。但莫拉萊斯卻在2010年案件審訊期間自殺身亡。

最高法院周三裁定，巴赫量刑過輕，推翻他的判刑，將由新法官重新量刑。檢察官原來要求判蘭博德監禁至少4年。（施旖婕／綜合外電報導）
