〔記者林三豐／台北報導〕中華職棒今年以6年21.4億元價碼將轉播權賣給外商MP&Silva 公司，有某週刊取得該份合約，揭露裡頭並無具體懲罰條款內容，也未要求需在有線電視 頻道播出。聯盟副秘書長兼發言人王惠民對此回應表示，合約有中止條款，但牽涉到保密 條款，不便透露細節，現在最重要的是盡快讓民眾可在有線電視頻道看到轉播。 去年在經典賽與曼尼來台雙重效應加持下，球迷回籠，轉播權利金也水漲船高，最後被 MP&Silva搶走，再由博斯取得轉播權，但大多數球迷無法在有線電視頻道上收看，怨聲載 道。 王惠民指出，當時聯盟有考量到各階層球迷收視權益，特別保留網路轉播權，並成立 CPBL.TV，讓球迷也能透過網路觀看，聯盟也了解目前國內民眾收看轉播仍以有線電視為 主，會長黃鎮台正努力解決問題。 聯盟也發文給4球團，合約曝光可能違反保密條款，提醒球團要注意。 http://news.ltn.com.tw/news/sports/paper/775157 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 111.235.209.254 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Baseball/M.1398895455.A.625.html
