全球最悲慘國家　台灣因失業率上榜

美國智庫卡托研究所(Cato Institute)近日公佈2013年「國際悲慘指數」，列出全球90個最悲慘的國家或地區，當中台灣因失業率上榜，排名第88。

據英國《每日郵報》報導，該研究以地方的失業率、借貸利率、通膨等經濟因素，評選出90個最悲慘國家。而委內瑞拉因為通膨率太高，被評為第1名悲慘國，第2和第3分別為伊朗和塞爾維亞。

其他上榜的亞洲國家和地區包括香港因為利率高，列為第76名。中國因實際國內生產總值增長(Real GDP Growth)，排名第82。韓國因利率高排名第86，日本則因失業率問題位列90。（施旖婕／綜合外電報導）
