經濟情況穩定　Fed再減QE百億美元

美國聯邦準備理事會（Fed）公布FOMC（聯邦公開市場委員會）會後聲明，一如外界預期將第四度減碼外稱QE（量化寬鬆）的資產收購計畫，5月起每月購債額度再縮減100億美元，由550億美元降至450億美元。
 
包括美國公債、房貸抵押證券（MBS）各縮減50億美元，美國公債每月收購額度由300億美元降至250億美元，MBS則由250億美元降至200億美元。
 
Fed表示，美國經濟成長情況近來有所好轉，而針對外界一直好奇的何時升息問題，Fed措詞則維持著上次的彈性基調，Fed在聲明中指出，將會評估包含勞動市場、通膨預期及金融市場發展在內等廣泛因素來決定何時升息。（陳冠穎／綜合外電報導）
