在中壢的原價屋組裝電腦未滿一年卻CPU壞掉說沒貨了..

各位好

在此要麻煩各位協助了

因我實在找不到地方做詢問

去年在3月中旬左右有在中壢的原價屋請當時的人員介紹幫忙組裝兩台電腦

其實當時陸陸續續就一直出問題
(並不是高度使用的用戶說..)

那現在狀況是其中一台無法開機

送去原價屋請那邊的人員處理

今天打電話來告知說是CPU壞掉了

但因原廠沒貨

所以只有兩種處理方式

1.加錢更換CPU

2.報廢

但買根本不到一年

卻說只能更換CPU要錢

這樣是合理的嗎?

那又該怎麼處理才對呢><?

當時組裝的內容為下

AMD的AM3+ FX-4200四核/推土機

ECS A960M-M3(V1.0)

威剛4G DDR3-1600

WD IT (10EZEX)

ASUS DRW-24D3ST/BLK

MSI R7750-1GD5/OC

CM GX11 PRO 400W
