綠色公民行動聯盟、全國廢核行動平台與多個反核團體昨天（3/2）在立法院前開記者會，針對台電在農曆年前2月17日公佈「高階核廢料境外再處理」招標案提出抗議。反核團體認為境外處理核廢料在國際間高度惹議，台電在未經社會完整討論前，逕自宣布花112.5億元進行境外處理核廢招標案，認為台電違反預算法第54條，未通過預算前就先行招標。且高階核廢在海外提煉出「鈽、鈾」後，殘餘核廢仍要送回台灣....【閱讀全文】
