台北市一名男子3日搭乘7­4路公車上班，沒想到一名婦人上車後，不斷推擠其他乘客，男子出聲勸阻卻遭婦人飆罵，之後更情緒失控拍掉男子的眼鏡與正在蒐證的手機，婦人還嗆聲：「死小屁孩！我怕你啊！」男子為維護自身權益，決定下班到警局報案。

影片一開始，婦人與男子發生爭執，婦人先攻擊男子，男子氣不過說：「我沒有動手喔！司機麻煩到警察局」，婦人回嗆：「沒問題，火大了！」一旁則有乘客出聲緩頰，男子連續質問婦人「剛剛有沒有動手」，婦人則回答：「管你的！老娘就是有錢」。

雙方一陣唇槍舌戰，婦人大罵：「你憑什麼拍我啊！死小屁孩！我怕你啊！」男子說：「我知道趕時間，可是也不能動手，不可以這個樣子」，一旁乘客則要2人趕快下車，到警察局處理，不要耽誤全車民眾的上班時間。

男子事後將蒐證影片PO上網，表示這名婦人最後在科技大樓下車，男子強調會在下班之後到警局報案，不能姑息這種行為。
