王郁琦證實接下APEC邀請函　但沒注意封面字樣

中國派國台辦副主委龔清概上月底在台北賓館遞交APEC邀請函給我方代表，陸委會主委王郁琦上午接受民進黨立委陳其邁質詢時坦言，當天他在場，且「是我接的邀請函」。但被問到邀請函封面字樣時，王郁琦說，他沒注意，他接下後就交給外交部官員代表。

王郁琦坦言，當天安排是與對岸協商結果，且符合慣例。但陳其邁質疑，並不符合慣例，按照慣例龔清概應到總統府去。陳也詢問接下來要如何回應中方邀請？王郁琦僅表示，這不是陸委會負責，要由外交部說明。（黃揚明／台北報導）
