外資從台港韓轉進日中　拖累台股下跌

今年台股在外資追捧下表現不差，但8月底、9月初見高點下跌，套牢不少股民，央行總裁彭淮南分析，外資持有國內有價證券及台幣存款，合計占外匯存底達72%，股市的存量中也有35%是外資，台股流量中也有四分之一來自外資，不過9月以來，台灣、香港、漢城的股市下跌，上海、東京股市上漲，暗示外資從台灣、香港、韓國流往中國、日本，是台股下跌的主因。
  
彭淮南補充，今年以來，外資淨匯入3420億元，但9月淨流出226億元，而今年以來流入的外資，大部分都去買股票。

彭淮南認為，台股基本面不差，今年上半年上市櫃公司獲利較去年同期增加21%，應還是外資很喜歡的標的。（王立德／台北報導）
