為提倡全民保防觀念，靖天電視台與國軍合力製作保防單元劇《軍旅人生》，將於9月3日起，週一至週五23:00於靖天戲劇台(MOD CH.46)播出。並有「保防教育輔教光碟」供民眾免費索取，索取專線：02-2655-2111(服務時間:週一至週五10點至17點)。

由於社會急遽變遷，各式危害國家安全的滲透手法也不斷翻新。為建立全民「保防工作，人人有責」的觀念，體認國家安全須由每一份子來落實保密碟的責任。靖天戲劇台(MOD CH46)於9月3日軍人節起，週一至週五早上10點、下午14點與晚間23點播出《軍旅人生》保防單元劇；靖天資訊台(MOD CH27)也於每週日21點與隔週六早上11點同步播出，服務不同收視時段的所有觀眾。

同時準備「保防教育輔教光碟」供民眾索取，只要來電專線：02-2655-2111(服務時間:週一至週五10點至17點)，留下姓名、連絡電話及地址，即可免費索取，數量有限，敬請民眾踴躍索取。
