普丁又出新招：「烏俄是同一個種族」

俄國總統普丁又有驚人發言，他表示烏克蘭危機是一起悲劇，而且烏克蘭人與俄國人實際上是「同一個種族」。
 
《路透》報導，俄國總統今天在莫斯科一處青年營發表談話，他說「每個人都可以有各自的歷史觀，我對國家的歷史看法或許不同。」「對我來說，俄國人與烏克蘭人是同一個種族的。」似乎想以種族出發，將其侵略行為合法化。不過如此特別論點並非首例，先前大批俄軍進入烏克蘭境內時，普丁曾說那是國界標示不清，俄軍「不小心迷路的」。（余浚安／綜合外電報導）
