標題[請問] 肚子餓但是又胃痛怎麼辦

我知道標題可能很令人迷惑 不過我也不知道該怎麼問......(血糖很低中) 我之前在海外都過著快快樂樂的肉食生活 返台後由於跟著老爸老媽吃輕食 似乎是因為蛋白質吃不夠?每次肚子一餓就手腳發軟情緒低落 解決之道只好少量多餐 結果少量多餐的後果就是胃沒有得到足夠的休息 胃抽筋再度發作 現在肚子很餓可是又不敢吃東西 不知道要怎麼辦 =.= -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 114.46.194.235 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/ask/M.1409304689.A.F71.html
