停火成具文 烏克蘭爆發激戰

（法新社烏克蘭索遼達17日電） 烏克蘭官員和親俄叛軍表示，東部引爆點傑巴利采韋鎮今天首次爆發戰鬥，使實施僅3天的脆弱停火受到嚴重打擊。

鎮上爆發了激烈的巷戰，傑鎮是個具有戰略重要性的鐵路樞紐，位於叛軍占據的頓內茨市（Donetsk）和盧甘斯克市（Lugansk）之間。

當地大致遭到全副武裝的叛軍包圍，這些叛軍原本一直與駐守鎮上的最多8000名政府軍相互砲擊。

鎮上的區域警察局副局長基瓦（Ilya Kiva）在接受電話訪問時說，叛軍已攻入鎮內，配備著輕兵器、迫擊砲和火箭筒。

他說：「有人死傷，但我們無法證實人數，因為戰鬥還在進行中。」

政府軍發言人莫圖吉亞尼克（AlexanderMotuzyanik ）在基輔對記者證實：「此刻戰鬥正在進行中，叛軍猛攻我軍陣地．．．一群群叛軍攻入了鎮區。」
