米其林一星主廚 3月客座西華

台北西華飯店歡慶25週年，3月3日至3月31日在B-one自助餐廳推出「普羅旺斯春之饗宴」，邀請米其林一星主廚Xavier Mathieu蒞臨客座。

主廚以傳統法國料理展現食材原始風味精髓，運用傳統與創新手法交合，於B-one自助餐廳匠心詮釋普羅旺斯充滿春季風味的頂級料理，包括法國歐芹燉田螺、普羅旺斯酥炸小牛蛙腿襯香草番茄、頂級鴨肝凍襯無花果醬布里歐麵包及傳統馬賽等百款法國傳統特色料理無限享用。

此外，主廚還會到桌邊現場烹飪龍蝦料理，以法國最講究的醬汁調製襯佐，提升龍蝦清鮮的美味，帶領顧客味蕾進入法式體驗。「普羅旺斯春之饗宴」價格為每人新台幣1100元加1成。
