外交部發布奈及利亞旅警

外交部今晚表示，非洲的奈及利亞東北部分地區恐怖攻擊惡化，將波諾、尤比及阿達馬瓦等3州提升為紅色旅警，籲台灣民眾不宜前往。

外交部今晚發布最新訊息，奈及利亞預定今年2月舉行總統及國會大選，奈國每逢大選前後，恐怖組織攻擊、宗教種族仇殺、綁架及搶劫等均因政治勢力介入而更加複雜及惡化，傷亡更加慘重。

1月3日至7日期間奈國東北的波諾州（Borno）相關鄉鎮遭恐怖主義組織「博科聖地」（Boko Haram）攻占並大規模屠城，造成2000餘人死亡。

外交部已將奈國東北波諾、尤比（Yobe）及阿達馬瓦（Adamawa）等3州旅遊警示燈號提升為紅色，呼籲台灣民眾不宜前往。

此外，同樣位屬非洲的莫三比克中部及北部地區也因連續豪雨造成嚴重災情，全國受損民宅達9500間；外交部維持莫三比克全境灰色旅遊警示，但呼籲擬赴莫三比克商旅民眾留意洪災及氣象資訊，並避開低窪地區及中、北部省分。
