高市府今發文譴責孫立群混淆視聽

針對行政院發言人孫立群表示，過去邀地方與中央相關部會討論「工廠管理輔導法」部分條文修正草案，高雄市都有派員參加，但多未表示意見的情形；高雄市政府今天下午強烈譴責中央官員混淆視聽。

高市府下午發出新聞稿指出，中央政府所召開的歷次石化管線相關會議，高市府必定派代表出席並提出意見，很多意見是中央不採納，而非地方未發言，中央官員未清楚事實便對外發言，欲加罪於地方政府，實不可取。

高市府曾經於會議中提出卻未被採納的相關意見，包含「既存石化管線欠缺法源，不應就地合法」等；市府指出，去年年10月13日工業局召開地下工業管線安全管理納入「工廠管理輔導法」修法相關事宜會議，高市府提出這次工輔法修正並未解決石化管線埋設都市道路下欠缺法源依據之根本問題，應另訂專法。
