中國逕劃新航路　立院朝野黨團明共同聲明抗議

中國透過國際民航組織（ICAO）逕行劃設M503、W121、W122及W123等4條新航路，逼近海峽中線，嚴重影響我國防安全及航線權益。民進黨、台聯立院黨團分別提案譴責。立法院長王金平表示，明天院會將發表朝野黨團共同聲明，表達抗議，至於聲明文字交法制局研擬。

民進黨團提案指出，中國片面作為危及我國飛行安全更因壓縮國防空域緩衝區，危及國家安全，無助兩岸關係和平發展，要求我國政府應清楚、明確向中國表達抗議並要求撤除公告，捍衛國格。台聯黨團提案痛批陸委會，要求撤換主委，政府也應立即向中國提出抗議與譴責。由於黨團各有提案，朝野黨團今協商總預算時答初步共識，將由立法院院發表共同聲明，文字則再研擬。（蘇聖怡／台北報導）
