遭囚中國獨立記者高瑜　傳在獄中摔傷

《博訊》報導，遭指控「為境外非法提供國家秘密」罪的中國著名獨立女記者高瑜，日前在看守所摔了一跤，幾天不能動彈。高瑜還寫了十一頁的自辯書交給法院，駁斥起訴書中對她的指控。

高瑜的代理律師尚寶軍表示，高瑜患有心臟病、高血壓、糖尿病，目前基本上每天白天吃降壓藥、晚上由於睡得不好，需要服用安眠藥。半個月前，高瑜突然眼睛很疼，發現視力下降，被送到醫院檢查，證實是感染，目前還在使用眼藥水治療。一個星期前，高瑜洗手時摔了一跤，扭了一下腰，有幾天躺在床上，無法動彈。

尚寶軍透露，高瑜寫了十一頁的自辯書，題目叫《司法不公、社稷大患》，駁斥起訴書對她的指控。但看守所一直阻止高瑜把自辯書交上 去，後來經過尚律師交涉後，目前自辯書已經交到法院。尚律師也與法院確認，法院已收到高瑜的自辯書。惟尚寶軍並未看過自辯書，不清楚自辯書的具體內容。（於慶中／綜合外電報導）
