油價下跌很有感~~

下星期會漲比較像是因為匯率的因素我猜的
但是我認為得這是藉口，中油購油是買遠期契約，也就是鎖住一定的匯率。

上面喜歡演演猴戲，下面就當真，只有一小部分人會在意。(有立委在追，但....)

而石油國會減產，只是短期因素，畢竟目前產出太多，庫存還很多沒去化
近期以來石油需求其實沒有減少。甚至還增加。
之前增產是為了維持石油國家的總收入。

短期回檔一下，未來還是可能再下探。
