財政部國有財產署推出鄰近捷運松山機場站的國泰營區設定地上權招標案今(17)日開標，結果因無人投標而流標，國產署將在檢討流標原因後，視市場情形研議後續處理方式。

國產署10月16日公告推出2處國有土地辦理招標設定地上權，分別是位於台北市松山區的國泰營區，以及高雄市新興區陸軍服務社，開標結果，均無人投標而流標。

其中，位於富錦街77巷及107巷之間的國泰營區，距離松山機場僅約300公尺，北鄰敦北公園、鄰接民權東路4段及敦化北路2大主要道路，底價57億7810萬元，面積約2982坪，由於在土地公告期間詢問熱烈，國產署原本認為標脫的機會很大，不料無人投標。

國產署表示，國泰營區及陸軍服務社2處地上權流標有可能是因為市場預期房價將鬆動而抱持觀望態度、權利金底價誘因不足，以及公告地價調漲幅度不確定等因素，國產署將在檢討原因後，研議後續處理方式。
