日本兵庫縣但馬農業高中，農業科的三年級學生日前收獲了巨型大梨。該校稱這是『金氏世界紀錄級別的梨子』，並計劃於12月參加在鳥取縣倉吉市舉行的『梨子大賽』。

中新網據日本《朝日新聞》報導，11月13日以農業科教師中井俊明為首，學生們延續樹齡約40年的梨樹品種『愛宕』的神話，較往年培育出更大、更多果實。據稱，有些梨子重量甚至達3080克。

但馬農業高中透露，2011年的金氏世界記錄同樣是2948克的『愛宕』梨。之後，日本國內曾出現過重量超過3千克的梨子。
