標題[請益] 研替有簽約金offer違約會如何

就如同標題說的 可能是月經文 但小弟爬過文後還是沒找到答案 雖然很確定如果簽約offer沒有簽約金的話 最後違約完全不會怎樣(沒有法律責任 不須付違約金) 頂多被那家公司黑掉 但是假設簽約的內容有簽約金 簽約金會在進去公司的第一天匯入帳號 (也就是研替的第二階段) 那請問到時沒有選擇該公司 會有法律責任要付嗎?(依民規定要賠兩倍的簽約金 我查到的情形是就算還沒匯入簽約金 只要簽約就已經生效 但這是非研替的情形 研替的情況下會是如何? 麻煩各位大大了 m(_ _)m -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 140.113.207.220 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Tech_Job/M.1416214014.A.EB6.html
