研究：基因變異影響乳癌存活率

（法新社巴黎17日電） 研究今天指出，特定基因變異對於罹患某類乳癌的女性死亡率較高，這項研究使得科學家研發出標靶藥物的可能性提高。

過去研究顯示，乳癌患者接受治療後的存活率一部分與遺傳有關，科學家認為那個基因可能存在免疫系統裡面，但不清楚是那一組基因。

如今科學家認為，接受雌激素受體陰性（ER-negative）乳癌化療的婦女死亡率，和1種涉及免疫反應的基因CCL20有關。

這篇發表在「自然通訊」（NatureCommunications）期刊的研究說，這項發現讓科學家有望研發出量身打造的標靶治療，也有望提升預後預測能力。（譯者：中央社陳怡君）
