無錫市長汪泉：池上便當好吃

台東縣池上鄉金城武大樹下，今天傍晚千人包便當，大陸江蘇無錫市長汪泉率團參加，他說，池上便當好吃。

池上鄉每年一期稻收割前會舉辦千人包便當活動，今年選擇最夯的地點，伯朗大道、金城武大樹下。

台東縣長黃健庭、池上鄉長林文堂、立法委員劉櫂豪、大陸無錫市長汪泉應邀參加。

林文堂表示，全台600多人以池上便當創業，池上米因品質優勢，便當皆以香Q池上米為材，池上鄉公所推廣便當當仁不讓。

他說，傳統火車上吃的「池上便當」食材單純，2片白切豬肉，半顆滷蛋，脆瓜及有助消化的梅子，以環保木片包裝整體品嘗起來不濕黏，這就是讓人難忘的古早便當味。

汪泉率領10餘人考察團參加活動，他脫下外套和黃健庭一起包便當，並且品嘗自己包的便當，他說，池上便當好吃，並且允諾今年將持續舉辦海峽兩岸農特品販售活動。
