樓上屍體爆炸滲屍水　樓下遭殃

美國佛羅里達州在6年前發生一名獨居老婦在屋中死亡，因死亡多日無人發現，屍體竟自行爆開，並滲出屍水，導致樓下遭殃。住在樓下的女屋主羅德格(Judy Rodrigo)向保險公司申請房屋損害理賠，該案纏訟6年，法院近日宣判保險公司不用賠。

據美國《紐約每日新聞》報導，這名獨居老婦在家中死亡多日一直沒人發現，最後屍體爆裂，滲出屍水，羅德格發現自己的房屋充滿屍臭味，而且牆壁出現不明液體，才意外發現獨居老婦的死。羅德格認為自己的房屋已遭到損毀，因此向保險公司申請理賠。

但保險公司表示，此「爆炸」非彼「爆炸」，屍體爆炸是人體組織的破裂，房屋理賠當中並沒有保這項。最後法院同意保險公司論點，該案纏訟6年後，判保險公司免賠。（施旖婕／綜合外電報導）
