近期幾次公民運動中，鎮暴警察的出現的頻率不斷地增加，不少人參加運動的民眾都吃過大虧，有網友上網找尋「和平理性」的對抗方式，找到29年前日本抗爭民眾對抗警盾陣的紀錄影片。

影片中可以看到，當時參與抗爭的日本民眾是抱起大木頭，像是古代攻破城門的衝車般衝撞警方的盾牌，還有丟出汽油彈阻止警方的集結。有網友表示「足輕、衝車、烙焙彈，彷彿看到戰國時代的白刃戰」，有其他網友發揮創意，討論面對到鎮壓行動時該如何應對，但有人回「希望台灣不要發生，畢竟大多數的守法警察都是我們的兄弟朋友」。（即時新聞中心／綜合報導）
