金管會主委曾銘宗表示，台電是100%的國營事業，等同於政府的信用保證，銀行應該不會抽資金。

立法院財政委員會今天審查保險法修正草案，金融監督管理委員會接受備詢。

政府決定核四一號機不施工、安檢後封存，二號機全部停工；台電聞訊後深感錯愕，並表示立即停工等於投入的收不回，台電負債將超過資本額新台幣3300億元，等同宣告破產。

對於台電虧損嚴重，外界關心銀行是否雨天收傘，抽台電的銀根。曾銘宗說，台電是100%的國營事業，等同於政府的信用保證，銀行應該不會抽資金（抽銀根）。(中央社)
