販毒集團有輪椅族 殘廢仍販毒

綽號「大頭貴」的徐姓嫌犯，自組販毒集團，長期在新竹縣市、桃園地區販賣一二級毒品，新竹市刑警大隊偵二隊獲報偵查後，昨成功逮人，其中還有曾遭受槍擊，導致終身坐輪椅的彭姓嫌犯與其他16名共犯。全案依違反毒品危害防制條例，移送臺灣新竹地檢察署偵辦。

警方表示，彭嫌仗著乘坐輪椅而不易成為遭羈押、執行對象，因此負責販毒的聯絡、媒介工作，不少青少年學生、科技工程師、餐飲店老闆、貨運工都是購毒者，將持續追查供貨上游及銷貨管道，以釐清案情。
