台北市地狹人稠房價有多高？依據2014年7月的房價所得比顯示，只略輸香港，成為全球第二最難購屋的城市，自台北市長柯文哲上任後，針對如何降低台北房價，柯文哲提出具體作為，「只要規定地2棟房子不准貸款，它就掉了！」

上月16日柯文哲接受建中校刊《建中青年》專訪，完整內容於農曆年前出刊，針對如何降低台北高房價問題，柯文哲除了提出限制貸款外，還可搭配房屋稅改革，例如以人計坪，逾20坪以上就課重稅，因此1家5口最多1百坪，超過就是課稅。」
