親俄民兵打不停　凱瑞放話：考慮額外制裁

烏克蘭政府與親俄叛軍在俄、法、德斡旋下，本月達成停火協議，但東部仍砲火連連，親俄民兵更乘機攻陷迪巴茲夫（Debaltseve），美國國務卿今天公開譴責俄國，並考慮進一步制裁。
 
美國國務卿凱瑞（John Kerry）今天稱俄國的行為「完全與國際社會背離」，還說「美國與其盟國，不想跟俄國玩這場遊戲，正考慮施加進一步制裁」。
 
美聯社報導，烏克蘭軍方今天說1名政府軍在駁火中死亡，40人受傷。軍方也說親俄叛軍不斷將武器移往東部城市馬里烏坡（Mariupol）。（余浚安／綜合外電報導）
