【苦勞網】護樹判妨害公務 王鐘銘明年入獄服刑

【苦勞網記者宋小海／台北報導】日前代表綠黨投入新北市議員選舉的王鐘銘，在去年（2013）5、6月間分別因聲援華光社區至行政院抗爭、江翠國中護樹行動，遭檢方以「妨害公務罪」起訴，其中江翠護樹案判決有期徒刑3個月，拘役40天並已二審定讞，王鐘銘確定將於明年1月6日入獄服刑。王鐘銘今天（12/29）在辯護律師及聲援團體陪同下，再為審理中華光案出庭，批判「妨害公務罪」已經成為打壓言論自由的工具。
