中金公司董座金立群辭職

中國國際金融公司董事長金立群辭職，這是該公司不到兩周內的第二次高層人士變動。

華爾街日報中文網報導，中金公司指出，金立群已辭去董事長及董事會成員職務。該公司已任命中國投資有限責任公司（簡稱中投公司）董事長兼首席執行長丁學東接任其職位。金立群於2013年5月加入中金公司。

之前，中金公司首席執行長、前大陸國務院總理朱鎔基之子朱雲來14日辭職。首席營運長林壽康暫時代其職位。中金公司將在全球選聘朱雲來的接任者。

中金公司於1995年由摩根士丹利（Morgan Stanley）和中國建設銀行合資建立，是第一家中外合資投行。

2010年12月，摩根史坦利將其持有的中金公司股份出售給一個財團，其中包括新加坡政府投資有限公司、大東方控股（Great Eastern Holdings Ltd.）及私募股權公司KKR和德太投資（TPG Capital）。
