大陸國務院總理李克強22日考察鐵路總公司時表示，大陸高鐵走出去不僅能帶動裝備和勞務出口，更會在國際市場競爭中不斷提升自身的綜合實力。

李克強就任總理後，多次在出訪時推銷中國大陸的高鐵設備。

新華網今天報導，李克強22日在鐵路總公司考察時說，鐵路投資再靠國家單打獨鬥和行政方式推進走不動了，非改不可。投融資體制改革是鐵路改革的關鍵，要以此為突破口，依法探索如何更好吸引社會資本參與。

他表示，希望鐵路總公司進一步解放思想，為國企特別是大型國企改革創造經驗。

李克強說，鐵路發展不僅可以穩增長，還能促進社會和諧、帶動城鎮化，有「一石多鳥」的作用。不僅可拉近大陸東西部距離，也會使當地百姓加速融入大陸國家現代化進程。(中央社)
