共犯板模工與菜販　「魚都不敢殺怎會殺人」

涉嫌參與綁架案的共犯林志維、鄭靖達，分別是是板模工及菜販，兩人在親友眼中為人憨厚，「連殺魚都不敢」，如今涉入富商撕票案，親友感到訝異。

今日出版的《聯合報》報導，林志維以板模、水泥為業，平時常參與宮廟活動。神壇友人表示，看到媒體公布嫌犯照片，第一眼就認出林，「他連魚都不敢殺，怎麼會殺人」。案發前一晚，謝告訴2人，「老闆是有錢人，家人一定會給錢，幹完這一票，夠吃一輩子」。他們以為只是做做樣子，充當人頭，強調沒有參與殺人。（方翊倩／綜合報導）
