烏軍包圍盧甘斯克 俄車隊進不了烏東

烏克蘭政府軍14日切斷盧甘斯克市通往俄國邊界的唯一道路，將這個被親俄叛軍占據的城市完全包圍，已在俄國邊境停下來的兩百多輛運送物資的俄國卡車，若想從叛軍控制的盧甘斯克進入烏東，恐怕行不通了。

烏克蘭安全部門發言人說，政府軍攻下諾瓦斯維特利維卡村，「封鎖盧甘斯克與俄國傭兵控制地區之間的最後一條道路」。

俄國的兩百多輛卡車已開往盧甘斯克方向，但在邊界停了下來。
