全球景氣保守　主計長：業者有競爭力

主計總處公告今年最新經濟成長率預測值至3.41%，較原先估測2.98%上調0.43個百分點，明年全年經濟成長3.51%。主計長石素梅表示，國內景氣穩健復甦，國外需求雖在礦產品、資通訊產品等產品衰退，但在電子產品帶動下，出口仍有成長；加上來台旅客大增，有助經濟成長。

石素梅指出，第2季國外淨需求對經濟成長貢獻1.17個百分點，加上失業率降低、受雇員工薪資調升，加上股市價量齊揚，較上年同期成長，在所得效果與財富效果帶動下，國人出國人次、小客車需求、餐飲零售都有成長，但物價上漲抵銷部分經濟成長動能。

民間投資部分，石素梅指出，在廉航成立、擴張航線；營建業投資續增。預測今年下半年經濟成長3.34%。

至於國際情勢方面，主計總處認為，受地緣政治衝突影響，國際機構對今年景氣保守，但我國出口表現除受國際景氣影響外，半導體等多項產業國際競爭力提升，明年估經濟成長可達3.51%。

台經院景氣預測中心主任孫明德表示，今年整體經濟成長來源以內需為主，明年則視內外需求而定。（陳瑩欣／台北報導）
