防監控　俄擬建立保密衛星

為組織保密性移動通訊，俄羅斯政府計畫耗資數百億盧布建立一個能保障全球通訊保密的高級衛星通訊系統。 　　

報導稱，俄羅斯正計畫建立橢圓航太通訊系統。該項目將耗資656億盧布。未來橢圓系統將能保護國家領導和軍方的通訊裝置。按計劃，該系統將由四顆衛星組成。衛星上將安裝有星載轉播器和操縱空中運行設備。 　　

據悉，2020年該系統的存儲能力可達80GB，到2025年達120GB，屆時可同時為近百萬個高速電腦使用者終端提供服務。（國際中心／綜合外電報導）
