京城建設違規　證交所罰10萬

台灣證交所昨天公告，京城建設（2524）財報揭露的關係人工程委建及處分不動產交易案，符合證交所《對有價證券上市公司重大訊息之查證暨公開處理程序》第2條第1項第20款情事。

不過，京城建設延遲輸入公開資訊觀測站重大訊息畫面，違反前述處理程序的規定，證交所處以違約金新台幣10萬元，並函知該公司未來應確實依規定辦理。（劉煥彥／台北報導）
