船難當時 由菜鳥女船員駕駛

南韓客輪「歲月號」沉船原因南韓官方持續調查，根據朝鮮日報報導，南韓海警調查後發現，船難發生當時掌舵者居然是一名26歲的菜鳥朴姓女船員，這名女船員進該公司才4個月，根本不具備行駛在危險海域的資格，外界痛批負責營運歲月號的船公司實在太扯。

「歲月號」船公司負責人：「我的公司所犯下的罪只能以死負責」，「歲月號」船公司負責人鞠躬、痛哭，朝鮮日報報導南韓海警調查發現，歲月號船難發生當時掌舵的人竟然是一名26歲才進公司四個月的菜鳥朴姓女船員，根本不具備行駛在危險海域的資格，船難發生第一時間歲月號曾要管制台盡快通知海洋警察，歲月號建造於1994年，隸屬於一家日本造船廠，經過改裝後賣到南韓卻疑似為了提高載客量，船身設計出現致命失誤。

歲月號為什麼會步上如同鐵達尼號的後塵，一般船舶為了保持抗沉性，會設計一定數量的隔水艙，一旦發生意外導致船艙進水或失去浮力，隔水艙可將進水侷限在較小範圍內，阻止海水向其他艙室蔓延，專家懷疑歲月號沒有隔水艙，導致海水蔓延整個船身引發沉船悲劇，被爆出率先落跑的69歲代理船長李俊錫，被拍到當時急著棄船逃往救生艇，甚至有目擊證人指出船長在逃生後竟忙著晾乾紙鈔，但人性有醜陋也有光輝，22歲女船員朴智英是這次船難中第一位，當時她將救生衣讓給學生穿，自己不幸喪生，母親抱著遺照崩潰痛哭令人鼻酸，韓媒封她是「唯一堅守歲月號的最美船員」，但對母親來說再多的榮譽也抵不過失去女兒的悲痛。
