標題[討論] 關於寒蟬效應中的法庭戲

看完寒蟬效應 對戲中的法庭戲有諸多疑問 但因為不是法律系 所以也不知道 電影中跟現實差多少 1.賈靜雯身為被告的老婆 可以當被告 的律師嗎？ 不是應該避嫌? 2. 看片中的法庭戲時 我兩度看到要哭出來 律師問證人的方式 非常大聲而且很高壓 幾乎? 所以看到片尾我很驚訝 利亞跟小玲 同樣受害過 還可以在庭上那麽冷靜的作證 是我應該就承受不住壓力哭了吧 所以片中的法庭戲到底有沒有誇大 感覺效果十足 3. 結尾時 雖然賈靜雯撤銷上訴結案 但利亞跟小玲很明顯之前作偽證 沒有在庭上供出自己也受害過的事實 那這樣她們在後續的判決中 有前面這樣的紀錄 還能順利拿到賠償金 不用受到任何法律懲處嗎？ ----- Sent from JPTT on my HTC_Desire_500. -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 42.77.242.205 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/movie/M.1414229542.A.386.html ※ 編輯: Princess77 (42.77.242.205), 10/25/2014 17:33:05
