欺男強脫褲子看A片　同學挺身作證遭記過

台北市一所國中傳出性霸凌案，1名亞斯伯格症的國中男生疑遭6名同學霸凌，強脫褲子看A片，校方調查時，有3名學生挺身作證，卻遭校方認定「共同正犯」也記過。

今日出版的《自由時報》報導，導師當時調查，詢問有誰知情，3名同學證稱，從七年級開始，就曾看過這6名同學陸續捉弄受害者，這次看到他們在教室後方掃具間吵鬧，但用窗簾整個圍住；學生說，導師之前早就知情霸凌情事，都漠視不處理。

家長指出，3個孩子見義勇起立作證，竟被認為是同夥，最後被評為「共同正犯」，各記小過2支；經申訴仍被認為是助長、營造不友善環境的「幫助犯」，需記小過1支。該校校長表示，性平會調查符合程序，將在1個月內重新召集性平會調查委員，已報請教育局下學期更換導師、對該師記過處理。（陳亮諭／綜合報導）
