交保案遭撤銷　趙藤雄2度出庭爭自由

遠雄集團總裁趙藤雄與開發部副總經理魏春雄，因八德合宜住宅標案，涉嫌行賄桃園縣副縣長葉世文，台北地院昨天裁定兩人各以500萬、100萬元交保後，檢方抗告成功，高院今天將原交保裁定撤銷，發回北院更裁。
 
台北地院傍晚時通知趙藤雄、魏春雄2人，今晚8時30分到庭重新召開聲押庭。晚間8時許，兩人先後抵達台北地院，趙藤雄面對現場媒體包圍，他僅簡單地說：「等一下我會向法官報告」、「偵查中不方便講」。媒體詢問「得知被撤銷交保後，心情有受影響嗎？」他僅簡單說：「不會」。另有護樹團體到場抗議，不段高呼「黑心遠雄，還我老樹」。

法官開完庭後，裁定結果就會出爐，可能結果有兩種，一種是裁定羈押趙藤雄、另一種則是提高交保金。（法庭中心／台北報導）
