中信兄弟正名　李文彬：獅象大戰用法沒問題

今天中信兄弟發出聲明，正式名稱為「中信兄弟隊」，簡稱「兄弟隊」，全名並非「中信兄弟象隊」。新任領隊李文彬說：「公司認為，球隊的公司名叫做兄弟，象只是吉祥物，所以希望名稱能正式些。」
 
李文彬表示，中信只是贊助冠名，加上金管會有限制規定，簡稱「中信隊」或「中信象」並不適合。至於以後一般媒體常用的吉祥物對決寫法，李文彬說，已經有其他媒體跟他反應，「我想這是約定成俗的用法，且吉祥物對戰吉祥物是對等的，應該沒有問題，我會再跟高層溝通。」
 
這樣的解釋，意旨以後仍然可以用「獅象大戰」、「猿象大戰」或「犀象大戰」，不會變成「獅兄弟大戰」、「猿兄弟大戰」或「犀兄弟大戰」。（王翊亘／台中報導）
