揚言到法院殺人　男子遭移送法辦

新北市1名有多項前科的羅姓男子，昨天深夜11時許以手機撥打110向警方表示：「禮拜一(6月2日)要到新北地方法院開庭，到時我要殺人，先打電話向警察局報備。」他講完後馬上掛斷電話，受捷運殺人案件影響，警方不敢大意，今天中午循線在新北市三重區逮捕這名羅姓男子。

羅姓男子向警方供稱，昨天晚上喝了半瓶高粱酒後，想到去年初因為涉嫌詐欺案件遭法院誤判4個月，去年11月才服完刑出獄，越想越氣憤下，才會打110報案表達不滿，但並非真的想殺人，警訊後仍先將羅男依妨害秩序和妨害自由等罪嫌移送法辦。（陳韋劭／新北報導）
