貨車突左轉 後方騎士眼球破

林姓貨車司機（33歲）去年10月8日駕車行經台北市格致、凱旋路口時，搶先左轉，後方的詹姓騎士閃避不及，人車倒地，詹的左眼球破裂，左眼已無虹膜，事後有畏光及部分複視現象。士林地方法院依業務過失重傷害罪判林有期徒刑5月，得易科罰金。

林在開庭時辯稱「機車的行車動向超出我的注意範圍。我要左轉時，我要注意到的是對向車道之來車，而詹是從我無法預測之方向過來。」。但詹則說「我沒有想到貨車沒有停下來，直接左轉」，他來不及剎車，即人車倒地。
