群眾再癱路　郝批：綁架惡劣行為

抗議群眾今天傍晚群眾「快閃占領」林森、忠孝東路口，該路段交通大亂。儘管「塞路」狀況已在晚間7點10分左右排除，但台北市長郝龍斌嚴辭譴責占領道路作為，是再次挑釁公權力、綁架台北市民的生活的惡劣行為。

郝龍斌傍晚除與警政署長王卓鈞、警察局長黃昇勇通電話，了解狀況外，也趕赴市警局，稍晚可能舉行記者會。

郝龍斌表示，這一個多月來，抗爭者為了訴求目的達到，占領公共場所或政府機關，綁架市民生活，立法委員的自由，抗爭者自以為正義，自以為是民意的唯一代表，所以合理化自己所有的作為。

郝龍斌指出，他要嚴厲遣責這一連串變調的行為，綁架台北市民交通與生活權利，北市府會採取一切可能的方法，維護台北市正常的生活空間。
