邀江揆報告核四停建　王金平：協商不成就表決

行政院昨宣布核四廠封存、停工，民進黨卻認為「停工」就是「停建」，有意在今下午立法院院會提出變更議程，要求行政院長江宜樺進行停建專案報告。對此，立法院長王金平上午受訪表示，若民進黨提案，會召集朝野協商，如果協商破裂，就進行表決。媒體問，是否合乎程序？王則說，「不予置評，因為我還是要保持一個中立的地位。」
 
國民黨政策會執行長林鴻池今受訪重申，核四停工非停建，核四廠依然存在，所以不涉及重大政策的變更，江宜樺不必到立院報告；若召集朝野協商討論，國民黨團不會同意。（李英婷／台北報導）
