國共內戰遺族行竊　監視器成破案關鍵

新北市中和一分局警方，昨天下午6時許，破獲1起竊盜案件，逮捕1名目前無國籍的國共內戰遺族劉姓男子（33歲）。警方表示，劉男屬於泰緬專案對象，即泰北一帶國共內戰遺族，持假證件來台，政府給予自首之對象。

警方調查，劉男原從事大理石工作，年初因失業生活陷入困頓，3月起因見對樓鄰居經常無人在家，因而萌生歹念，經長期觀察被害人作息後，於本月14日深夜，進入被害人住處竊取神明雕像、玉雕等物，警方調閱監視器後，立即鎖定劉男，於昨天將其拘提到案，並在其住所發現贓物，訊後依竊盜罪嫌移送法辦。（呂健豪／新北報導）
